CCEPC applied for Hubei Provincial Certified Corporation Technology Center in accordance with the requirement of “Administrative Rules of Hubei Provincial Certified Corporation Technology Center (No.: (2008) 76 of Hubei Development and Reform)” in order to build technical innovation system of “Corporation as Host, Market as Guide, Combination of Producing, Learning and Studying”. The documents for application had been checked preliminarily and then approved by specialists. After the field inspection, CCEPC Technical Center was certified as Hubei Provincial Certified Corporation Technology Center, shown in “Notification of 14th group of Hubei Provincial Certified Corporation and Corporation Technology Center (No.: (2008) 509 of Hubei Development and Reform)” by Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Department, Hubei Provincial Finance Department, Hubei State Taxation Bureau, Hubei Local Taxation Bureau and Wuhan Customs on June 10, 2008.
